At Freedom Church, we have many amazing teams of volunteers available for you to join! These teams are called Freedom Serve Teams. Freedom Serve Teams are a group of people who have been empowered to use their gifts and abilities as servants and leaders to help be the arms of the ministry in the church. Freedom Serve Teams make a difference in the lives of every person who comes through our doors. We encourage you to join a team, make new friends, and own the atmosphere at Freedom Church through serving on a Freedom Serve Team!

Find Your Place on the Team
At Freedom Church, we believe that we are at our best when we are involved in ministry and serving others. When we refresh others, we too are refreshed. Below are some different ministry areas and how you can get involved!
HOSPITALITY
Help make guests feel welcome by serving as outdoor greeters, coffee bar hosts, Next Steps hosts, kids check in hosts, and service greeters.

Production
Help run the different audio and visual components for weekend services as well as events: worship slides, sound, and lights.

Next-Gen
Help invest in the next generation by assisting, leading, and teaching with Freedom Kids & Freedom Youth! This team serves the following age groups: nursery, pre-school, elementary, middle school and high school students.

Food rescue
Join us Thursday mornings and various times during the week to help run our weekly food pantry in downtown Grand Forks! Serving hundreds of families weekly!

WORSHIP TEAM
If you have a musical ability such as playing an instrument or singing, the worship team could be a great place for you!

CREATIVE TEAM
We have opportunities for you to join the creative team in areas of photography and videography, helping tell the story of what God is doing through Freedom Church!
DAY & TIME: Sunday mornings and throughout the week as needed

setup & Maintenance team
Help setup our building on Sunday Mornings by staging tents, signage and more! As well, help with various maintenance projects around our church buildings, such as painting, building, repairs, landscaping and more!

Freedom cares team
This team helps with a variety of things, including: meal preparation and delivery, greeting cards, floral arrangements, care package preparation and delivery, hospital visits, nursing homes visits, shut-in visits, rides to and from Freedom Church, and community service events.
